Become a GUAVA Home & Healthcare Services Franchisee

General Requirements - It is important that you meet our initial requirements prior to proceeding.

We expect that you will live in the market in which you operate the franchise.
We carefully consider your personal experience, people skills, and managerial potential.
You must understand the unique model of operating a business within a franchise system.
You must have $35,000 in liquid assets and access to $150,000 in additional capital.
You must have the desire to own your own business and the ambition to seek out a franchise in the healthcare personnel industry.

Consideration Form - Complete the online Request for Consideration Form.

Personal Interview - We will conduct a personal interview to discuss whether you meet the general franchise qualification. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about our organization. At this point, we will also give you additional information about our organization and review the franchise evaluation process and formal application.

Completed Application Review and Second Interview Scheduled - Upon receipt of your application, a formal review process will take place to ensure that you have met all requirements. A telephone interview will take place to answer questions about GUAVA Home & Healthcare Services and to ensure that you have conducted a thorough initial review of the GUAVA opportunity and are prepared to make a decision.

If you qualify, we will invite you to join us at our headquarters in Delaware and attend a Join Our Team Day. You will be provided with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) prior to Discovery Day.

Join Our Team Day at GUAVA Home & Healthcare Services - This is the final step in the evaluation process before the final decision is made to award you a franchise. You will have the opportunity to meet the team of professionals at GUAVA Care Home and Healthcare Services and get a real feel for our day-to-day operations.

We will then discuss the Franchise Disclosure Document and how we will define your protected territory. We also give you a list of other franchise owners to help you make your final decision.

Issuance of a Letter Awarding the Franchise - Once the final review process has been completed and you have met all the qualifications, we will extend an opportunity to join our growing team.

Execution of Franchise Agreements and Franchise Orientation Training - Following the franchise agreement signing, orientation will be conducted to provide you with all the training and resources that you will need to get started.
